Main Office (Central Campus) Location: 
The Office of Financial Aid (OFA) Main Office is located on Central Campus in the Student Activities Building/Huetwell Visitors Center (on the corner of East Jefferson and Maynard Streets).

North Campus Office:

The North Campus phone number, fax number, and email address are the same as for the Main Office on Central Campus.

Services Available

°   Walk-ins welcome - no appointments necessary!

°   A number of information sheets, brochures, flyers, and application materials also are available.

° Financial Aid Officers will answer your email questions by phone or
email within 48 hours on weekdays.  Just send your questions to financial.aid@umich.edu.

°  If you have special circumstances that you have explained to a particular counselor and you would like to continue working with that person, you may ask when that counselor is available for walk-in counseling or ask to leave the counselor a voice mail message. You may also contact the counselor by email.

° U-M students can use Wolverine Access (a web database) to keep track of items such as when your aid application materials have been received by the Office of Financial Aid, what your financial aid awards are, and when aid disbursements have been made to your U-M Student Account. You may also change your address and see a summary of how much you owe in student loans.
