Office Hours: Monday - Friday:  1 - 4:30 p.m. North Campus Office Location: The Office of Financial Aid North Campus is in the basement of the Pierpont Commons building.

Federal School Code 002325 Financial Aid Counseling and Advising Services °   Walk-ins welcome - no appointments necessary! ° Financial Aid Officers will answer your questions by phone or email within 48 hours on weekdays. Just email your questions to financial.aid@umich.edu or call (734) 763-6600 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. °  If you have special circumstances that you have explained to a particular counselor and you would like to continue working with that person, you may call and ask when that counselor is available for walk-in counseling or ask to leave the counselor a voice mail message. You may also contact the counselor by email. OFA Staff Directory °   A number of information sheets, brochures, flyers, and application materials are available in the Office of Financial Aid and on our website. ° U-M students can use Wolverine Access (a web database) to keep track of items such as when your aid application materials have been received by the Office of Financial Aid, what your financial aid awards are, and when aid disbursements have been made to your U-M Student Account.
